With the purpose of improving the management, TINGS organized on-the- job training for the members of middle- level cadres. This was the implement of Tings belief—“Management guarantees quality.”

    Started from 5thMay, all the trainings were carried out in the form of lectures, mainly given by the professors from the college of management of Zhejiang University. Our trainees fully enjoyed intercourse with the professors concerning the issues of the workshop management, effective communication and creativity, etc. After the lectures, those who passed the exam were awarded with certifications.

    The training has inspired the cadres with bright ideas as well as upgraded the ability on the management.
